Didier is the new owner of the restaurant. After managing luxury hotel establishments all over the world for more than 40 years, including the famous Carlton in Cannes and more recently the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes, Didier Boidin has embarked on a new family adventure..
Passionate about bonsais, gastronomy, he decided to occupy his new retired life by having fun and especially by pleasing his guests. He puts in this new challenge all his experience and his love of beautiful things.
The room is managed by Jérome Corse, a close friend of Didier's family circle, who is embarking on this great adventure with great passion and professionalism..

The new team that took over the reins of this chic bistro spared no effort to create this colorful space and make it an original and friendly place. A superb photograph of actress Sharon Stone illuminates the carved stone wall and reminds us that the temple of cinema where each year the stars follow one another to mount the red carpet is only a few meters from the restaurant.

You will have the choice between two rooms with a different spirit - The Grill with its open kitchen, its wine cabinets and its bistro atmosphere or the main room with its superb beams and its warm and romantic decor. It is possible to privatize the rooms for private receptions, and even organize a lunch or dinner in the dining room of the sumptuous apartment located above the restaurant. And of course, with fine weather, the very pleasant terrace allows you to savor the dishes in the calm of rue Notre Dame.

The focus is on exceptional meats and wines from around the world. In the maturing cellar lie meats from France, Argentina, Australia and Japan. Sirloin from Kobe (only about ten establishments in France are authorized to offer this exceptional meat), but also the wagyu of Australian origin from the Westholme farm offered with different grades of marbling, without forgetting of course the Argentinian beef with incomparable texture and taste.

The fish are from the local catch, and producers from the region are in the spotlight, such as Anne Marie Curti and her delicious fresh goat's cheese from Sospel. All desserts are homemade.
In the wine cellar, the wines of Provence, the vintages of the French vineyard but also wines of the world selected in Italy, Argentina, Portugal, Spain are mixed. Nice selection of rums offered by a small producer from Nice.
